“Villa Lydia” see picture's.
We have two accommodations, a large carport, a luxury swimming pool and a beautiful and neat garden; terraces with sun and shadow.
The two accommodations are divided in:

The added bungalow “Casa Esther” central heating
The distance from home to the sea is approximately two hundred meter.

THE GARDEN
There are enough garden furniture's, like tables, chairs, garden beds with cushions to match and a parasol.
Furthermore there are many trees as palms and everywhere flower-boxes.
The measurement of the swimming pool is fife by ten meter with Roman stairs and nearby an outside shower and two fixed seats.
The carport is covered and suitable for two cars.

In the living room are a couch and a wooden coffee table and a wall unit in which a satellite colour television with also British television channels.
The first floor with two bedrooms opposite to each other, both with two single beds and spacious hanging/lay wardrobes.
In between the bathroom with wash-basin, the second toilet, a shower cabinet and next to that a washing machine.
